Free car pickup and return is available for hotels within Sultanahmet and the Old City. We send the driver's name, car and plate before pickup. Other districts, airports and cruise ports are quoted separately.

Just yourselves. Pestemal wraps, towels, slippers, shampoo and soap are provided, with hair dryers and lockers. Swimwear is optional. Please leave valuables at your hotel.

Yes. Choose who is coming when you book. Couples book online straight away. For one guest, families and groups we send your details to our concierge on WhatsApp, who confirms the hamam, the time and the price before anything is booked. Children from 6 years are welcome with their parents.

Your reference appears as soon as you book and we confirm on WhatsApp within minutes. Same-day bookings are welcome. Please arrive 15 minutes early; we are open daily 10:00 to 23:00, Istanbul time.

A hamam is warm and humid. If you are pregnant or have a heart, blood pressure or skin condition, please check with your doctor first and tell us when you book.
